Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Master Mind Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. The applicant must apply to pursue a Master’s degree program at a higher education institution in Flanders.
2. The applicant should demonstrate a high standard of academic performance and/or potential, with a Grade Point Average of 3.5 out of 4.0.
3. Proficiency in the English language is essential. Please refer to the official website for specific language requirements.
4. The applicant must be accepted by a host institution in Flanders to receive the scholarship. If preselected by multiple institutions, the applicant must choose one institution for their application.
5. All nationalities, except Russian, are eligible to apply. The previous degree obtained should be from a higher education institution outside Flanders.
6. Students already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution are not eligible to apply for the Master Mind Scholarships.

Scholarship Value and Duration

The Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €10,000 per academic year, along with a tuition fee waiver. Scholarship holders are only required to pay an administrative enrollment fee. The duration of mobility is one academic year for a Master’s program of 60 ECTS, and two academic years for a Master’s program of 120 ECTS.
