Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Master Mind Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must apply to pursue a Master’s degree program at a higher education institution in Flanders.
- The applicant should demonstrate a high standard of academic performance and/or potential, with a Grade Point Average of 3.5 out of 4.0.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential. Please refer to the official website for specific language requirements.
- The applicant must be accepted by a host institution in Flanders to receive the scholarship. If preselected by multiple institutions, the applicant must choose one institution for their application.
- All nationalities, except Russian, are eligible to apply. The previous degree obtained should be from a higher education institution outside Flanders.
- Students already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution are not eligible to apply for the Master Mind Scholarships.

Scholarship Value and Duration
The Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €10,000 per academic year, along with a tuition fee waiver. Scholarship holders are only required to pay an administrative enrollment fee. The duration of mobility is one academic year for a Master’s program of 60 ECTS, and two academic years for a Master’s program of 120 ECTS.
